Wise Counsel!

“For a child is born to us, a son is given to us. The government will rest on his shoulders. And he will be called: Wonderful Counselor, ....” -- Isaiah 9:6

We all need advice. We all need someone to listen to our pain, but more importantly someone to tell us when we need to do something. We all need to be more available to listen to the Wonderful Counselor. The advice given may not be what we want, but it will certainly be what we need.

Lord, help me seek Your wisdom and not be resistant to it.
