Perseverance: continued effort to do or achieve something despite difficulties, failure, or opposition. Convenience: the state of being able to proceed with something with little effort or difficulty. If there were a choice, we all would choose convenience. Unfortunately, we don't often have that choice. In addition, success is never convenient.
Lord, help me to realize that anything worth having will take continued effort.
