We become numb to those around us who are always doing the right things and who are routinely performing at a high level. We take them granted. Our focus is often drawn to those who struggle and who are falling short of our expectations for them. We often forget to reward and acknowledge the great work that the consistent performers are doing. Everyone needs encouragement.
Lord, help me to encourage everyone more and to not forget those who may fall off my radar because they aren't the "squeaky wheel".
