My brother has had a rule for his two boys when they have gone on any trip/vacation for the past 20+ years. "Make sure everyone else has the best time ever!" If we are all honest, most of us don't wake up thinking about how to make everyone else's day the best. Instead, we are consumed with how to make our day the best, or the easiest or the least painful.
Lord, help me to make those around me better.
