Having an accurate view of our place in this world is difficult. Most people either lack self-worth and view themselves as having little value while others have a heightened sense of self-worth or even cockiness. An accurate assessment is that we are neither lower in value than we believe or we aren't as cool as we think we are. In either case, our value should be seen in Christ and our value should not be compared to others.
Lord, thank you that my value is not based on how I feel I compare to others in any aspect of life but my value is seen as being equitable to others in Your eyes.
