We use phrases like "Hard Life" or "Difficult Life". Maybe we need to just say "Life" and understand that it is not supposed to be easy. However, we can make it less hard or difficult by trusting God.
Lord, if I have expectations about how life should be, help me to be realistic and not aspirational because You never said life would be easy, but You do intend for it to be meaningful.
