We are not slaves. We are not prisoners. We are not being held down by someone’s foot being placed on our neck. We may feel that way sometimes but that is not the reality. We are free and we are free due to the blood of Christ and the presence of the Holy Spirit.
Lord, thank you for setting me free and help me claim that when I may not feel free.
