“Now as we have many parts in one body, and all the parts do not have the same function, in the same way we who are many are one body in Christ and individually members of one another.” Romans 12:4-5
I am very glad there are billions of people that don't think like me or act like me or want the same things as me, because then there are people who enjoy doing the things I don't like doing and the lines for the things enjoy are shorter and less crowded. We often see others who are "not like us" as being wrong and difficult and make our life worse, when in reality they are not difficult, they are simply different and that difference is a benefit to us all.
Lord, help me to differentiate between someone who I may view as difficult when they are simply different and more importantly, help me to realize that different is not always bad and may often be better.
