My oldest daughter wants a toy (she doesn't need it but wants it). My youngest daughter wants the same toy. I encourage them to select two different gifts so that they can switch with each other and share and thus end up with twice as many toys. More toys equals more fun. I am such a genius. I end up buying two of the same toys.
Lord, help me to be more wise and mature than my beautiful little daughters and realize that diversity of gifts and talents among Your children is better than us all being the same.
