Being Slow Works Sometimes, too!

"The one who guards his mouth protects his life; the one who opens his lips invites his own ruin."  Proverbs 13:3 

​In a world where speed is seen as one of the most valuable commodities, it is good to be reminded that being slow (patient) has value as well.  We can all be better served by taking a deep breath and counting to ten before saying something that we may regret later.

Lord, thank you for practical wisdom.
