A common (illegal) tactic in retail sales is the "Bait and Switch". You are lured to the store to buy something on sale but when you arrive, the store is conveniently out of the item and you are sold either an inferior product for the same price or encouraged to purchase a more expensive alternative. Your intent is to receive a deal and you end up with something of less value or costing you more. God always fulfills His promises. He will never bait or switch on us. In fact, God typically gives us more than we deserve or expect. We give and God gives us more. We serve to bless others and we are blessed. We do for God and He does much more for us.
Lord, thank you for being a God that is always faithful and always provides.
