A) Keep my mouth shut and say nothing and keep it inside so it builds up and festers to a point where I am so emotional and irrational that I make the situation worse.
B) Go to someone so I don't keep it inside and tell them all of the ways someone else is at fault and to blame for whatever is going on and I am a complete victim and seek confirmation of my feelings so I can meander through life and feel that my negative thoughts and feelings are justified.
C) Control my emotions and then seek wise counsel from someone that I trust and then use my brain to come up with rational steps that will help solve the problem that I am facing.
