One of my college mentors used to say, "You can stand in your garage and go 'Vroom Vroom' but it doesn't make you a car". With social media and the opportunity to "tell" people what you think or who you are with a simple tweet or swipe or click of the "like" button, we fall into the trap of believing that we are what we say we believe, instead of "being what we do". Belief is important but belief without action will leave us short of our true potential and purpose. "Your beliefs don't improve you, your behavior does" Unknown
