The Easy Life!

Often times we look at others and assume that they have an "easier life" than we do because they seem to struggle through life much less.  My experience has been that those who look as if their life is "easy", often have much more chaotic and challenging lives but are only making life look easy because of the way they choose to manage their life.  Everyone has trials and challenges in life.  Everyone has anxiety and distress.  Life is not easy for anyone.  Taking control of your life and dealing with things will make life much easier than being overcome by the weight of the world.   “It’s not the load that breaks you down, it’s the way you carry it.” Lou Holtz
