It is obvious that we can learn from others. Unfortunately, we often choose who we feel is worthy to learn from. I was talking with a coach about 25 years ago who was a Hall of Fame coach and someone everyone sought out to for knowledge. He mentioned he had just met with another coach I also knew but this coach was not very successful. He said, "I can always learn something from anyone". “Smart people learn from everything and everyone, average people from their experiences, stupid people already have all the answers.” Socrates
