Influence!

One of the most difficult things in the world to do is to CONVINCE someone to think or behave the way you want them to think or behave.  The most effective thing in the world to do is to actually LIVE OUT AND DO what you want others to think or behave and they will more likely see that it is the better path.  If you are saying and not doing, no one will follow you.  If you are doing but not doing it well or not with a level of success, some may follow you.  However, if you do what you want others to do and if you do it at a high level, others will follow.  "Example is not the main thing in influencing others, it is the only thing."  Albert Schweitzer
