There is a vast difference between "10 years of experience" and "One year of experience repeated 10 times". Simply living life for a long period of time may not equate to "experience" or "maturity" or "growth". There are a lot of immature and underachieving adults on the planet, who have lived the same day over and over again and their past and present are not much different.
