A simple question that will dramatically change the trajectory of your day ... "Are you Living or Existing today?"  How you answer that question can make a dramatic impact on your attitude and the manner in which you go about your day.  It changes your focus and provides purpose and motivation to achieve more and to move closer to your full potential.  In addition, living requires you to interact with others.  Existing can be done alone.  When we choose to live, we are on the offensive and not simply playing defense.  We are "playing to win" and not simply "playing not to lose."  We often set ourselves up for failure when we start off our day with an "existing" mindset, instead of a "living", "thriving", "doing" mindset.  “To live is the rarest thing in the world. Losing may actually be out of our control a lot of the time but feeling as if we are a loser and allowing that to negatively influence us is completely our own choice.  Losing often means we tried something and we risked failure in order to learn a valuable lesson so we can succeed later.  "We may encounter many defeats, but we must not be defeated.
