How we respond to a job well done is as important as finishing the job itself. Unfortunately, many see accomplishments as a finish line and either celebrate and rest or simply look back and feel thankful that they "got through it". The best response to success is to appreciate our efforts and what has been achieved, without short changing our efforts, but it is also important to use that success to launch us to more opportunities ahead.
