Move Forward!!

We have a brain for a reason.  We need to think about things.  We have a body for a reason.  We need to do things.  Choice is when we make a decision and behavior is when we take our decision and put it  into action.  We may fail but at least we gave ourselves a chance to succeed.  “You can’t be that kid standing at the top of the waterslide, overthinking it.
