When someone tells you to "work harder". They are telling you to give more effort. When someone says you need to "do more", they are telling you to give more effort. When we use words like ... dedication, commitment, motivation, resilience, grit, perseverance, determination, focus, TEAMwork, optimism, coachability, competitiveness, mental toughness, fitness, strength, speed, power, adaptability, desire, caring, love, gratitude, peace, sacrifice and getting uncomfortable ... all have one underlying theme. They don't require talent. They all require us to make the choice to give MORE EFFORT! Success is a result of effort. Expecting success without effort is similar to expecting someone to knock on your door and offer you your biggest dream to come true. Good luck as you wait for that to happen. “Greatness only comes before hustle in the dictionary.” ―Ross Simmonds
