“I’ve had a lot of worries in my life, most of which never happened.” Mark Twain
Anxiety is defined as a "perceived threat" or a "sense of unease that MAY occur. Anxiety and worry are thoughts but not actually real incidents. We are anxious and worry because we THINK something may happen that we do not want to happen. It ISN'T something that has already happened and it isn't something happening to us now. We can choose to control our anxiety and focus on the HERE AND NOW and then the future will be positively impacted by our current actions.
