Old heads have a hard time with the young bucks who complain about being lonely. Try growing up, with no cell phones or access to friends other than a phone that was plugged into the wall in a house, and with no answering machine, so you had to wait near the phone so you didn't miss a call to "go play" or "hang out" or "catch a movie" or "get in to trouble". Unfortunately, even with all of the current technology, people are even more lonely today than in past generations. Access does not equate to connection. God not only provides access but a connection that will never fail.
Lord, thank You that you urge me to connect with You and that you are always waiting by the phone.
