"Therefore, let us offer through Jesus a continual sacrifice of praise to God, proclaiming our allegiance to his name.” Hebrews 13:15
"Continual" means "without a break or ongoing". Sunday to Sunday is about seven days. There are seven days in a week so if our praise only occurs on Sunday morning, then we need to step up our "continuing game". Even worse, the time between Christmas and Easter and then Christmas again, is a couple months so we are "breaking" more than "continuing". There are lots of ways to praise God outside of church and holidays.
Lord, help me to find ways to remind myself to praise You more and also more often.
