Many people don't pray because they don't think God is listening. The reason why people think that God isn't listening is because they don't see the answer to their prayer. "My prayer wasn't answered so God must not care or He must not be listening". Our prayers are "requests" and not "statements". God answers ALL of our prayers. Sometimes the answer is YES. Sometimes the answer is NO. And often times the answer is NOT YET.
Lord, help me to realize that my prayers are requests and You respond to those in the manner that You deem best for me.
