Someone did you wrong. You are upset about it. The person knows they did you wrong but fails to apologize. Others point out to this person that what they did was wrong and they know it was wrong but still don't apologize. Days and weeks and months go by and the person never thinks about apologizing to you. You see them every day and no apology or recognition of their violation of your relationship or possible friendship. It is almost as if they are taking advantage of you. How do you feel? Now you know now God feels all of the time.
Lord, I am sorry for those things that I do that don't honor You and I am equally sorry for not apologizing early and often.
