"If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to deliver us from it, and he will deliver us from Your Majesty’s hand. But even if he does not, we want you to know, Your Majesty, that we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up.” Daniel 3:17-18
"I will love and follow God because He always takes care of me and gives me everything I want". That is our Plan A. But what is our Plan B? What do we do when things don't go our way and we don't get everything we want? Everyone can buy into Plan A. God calls us to buy into Plan B which is to still love and follow God, not matter what happens.
Lord, help me to be the type of Christian that doesn't merely follow You and praise You when I get my way or when things work out in my favor.
