A few decades ago, there was a trend where those who wanted to follow Jesus better would wear bracelets that had "W.W.J.D." on them. "What Would Jesus Do" was a reminder that when faced with a decision, stop and ask the question, "What Would Jesus Do" in this situation. I always had a problem with this because stopping and asking the question is a nice idea but we can all stop and ask good questions, but then do our own thing. Behaving correctly is a completely different animal. "Do What Jesus Did" makes more sense to me. Jesus DID what was right and what God wanted Him to do. We need to "Do What Jesus Did".
Lord, help me to know what You did and do it too.
