Junior High (or middle school for this generation) was a horrible time for me. I was scared all of the time. I woke up worried, and it turned to scared and by the end of the day I was simply exhausted and afraid. Then I met Jesus in High School and I have never been afraid since. NEVER!! As my wife tells my daughters, "Scared is scared of daddy". This doesn't make me tough. This is just an example of the unexplainable gifts that God will provide us when we TRUST in Him. We fear because we don't trust that God has our back.
Lord, thank You that I have no reason to fear anything because You tell me I don't have to.
